My bit of advice..
If you have a grown child in the prison system, the best
thing to do is start a garden. Indoors or outdoors, just as long as you can have your favorite plant grow and watch it grow. We
are part of the earth and in order to feel some sort of closure and peace, you have to connect to the earth, and this is how
we do it. Sure.. it will not take care of all our worries, nor while it stop us from crying and being depressed. Having a
living plant will give us the feeling of growth and that's what we need to carry on in our daily lives without our child.
So.. go out, and buy your favorite plant and watch it grow!
